Design Assistance - Volpe Tool can help layout and design individual parts or complete assemblies and provide documentation on the finished product using AutoCAD drawings and CNC programs. We always take into consideration "design for manufacturability", because we have to be able to produce what we develop.

Prototype Development - We will work closely with your engineers throughout the development process, providing suggestions on mechanical design, material selection, part finish, and fabrication techniques. This collaborative effort helps to ensure that the finished product not only meets your mechanical specifications, but will also meet your overall requirements.

Production & Fabrication - Volpe Tool can handle job sizes ranging from a single component or assembly, to jobs that require thousands of parts. We can build from a blanket order with scheduled release and delivery dates, or we can provide expedited manufacturing in emergency situations. The proverbial "no job too large or too small " is a motto that we take seriously. We can manufacture parts made from all types of alloys, ferrous metals, precious and semi precious metals, as well as various types of polymers. Volpe specializes in designing and building all types of jigs, fixtures, and tools.

Manufacturing Services - Our state of the art machine shop can manufacture large or small parts, parts with very tight tolerances, or simple parts with loose tolerances. Whether you need parts milled, turned, ground, stamped, or punched, Volpe Tool has the equipment, technology, and know how to get the job done. We specialize in quick turnaround, even on complex parts that require multiple operations.

CUSTOM MACHINED PARTS & EQUIPMENT / INSPECTION 

We can manufacture parts made to your specifications, or we can help you to define your specifications. We can turn jobs around quickly, and provide complete turnkey services, taking the project from the design phase to final assembly. We can order the raw materials, fabricate the parts, perform quality control inspection, have the components plated or painted, and perform final assembly. We can do as much or as little as you need.

Any machine shop, whether they be an internal shop within your facility, or an external shop who does contract work, is only as good as the products they produce. If the finished product is not made to the tolerances and dimensions specified then it has no value. At Volpe Tool, we go to great lengths to make sure that all of the machined parts that we produce meet or exceed the designers tolerances and specified dimensions. One of the reasons that we are able to make this statement is the fact that we maintain a certified quality control and inspection department that is equipped with all of the necessary equipment to verify dimensions down to within .0001".
